Psoriasis Decision Aid

An app to help make informed decisions about psoriasis treatment (2013)

Psoriasis Decision Aid is an app designed to help individuals learn about treatment choices and communicate effectively with physicians about route, cost, and risk preferences to make the best treatment decisions.

My role on this project was to conduct research and provide insight regarding user experience. Research of psoriasis forums and support groups was added support to a series of interviews conducted with disease sufferers. Subjects were asked about their experience with the disease, use of media, knowledge and understanding of the disease, and sources of this information. The findings were validated by secondary research for accuracy purposes.

The Psoriasis Decision Aid app was then produced by Dynamic Leap and is available for download on the App Store.
